1. Any false information, including e-mail addresses will be grounds for deletion of your account. No exceptions! E-mail addresses with autoresponders are not permitted! If at any time, we cannot contact you by your provided e-mail address, your account will be deleted.

2. Inactive accounts will be deleted after 90 days.

3. Cheating, or attempts at cheating are not tolerated! Any attempt will result in deletion of your account, and your site will be sent to our partner sites for blacklisting.

4. Before a site can appear on our topsite list, we review it for quality. If your site does not meet our quality standards, it will not be accepted. Excessive banner or popup ads, lack of content and slow load times are some of the reasons your site may not be added.

5. You must have a visible link to 4layouts.com, which is provided in the members area, on your site (somewhere where people will see it) before your site is will be added to our list. For banners and buttons to link to 4Layouts.com, click here.

6. Descriptions are not allowed in the title field. All caps or capitalizing every word is not allowed. No false or fabricated titles or descriptions. Titles and descriptions may not be longer than their assigned character limit. We reserve the right to edit, change or delete titles and descriptions at any time.

7. Only English sites will be accepted. Non-English sites will only be accepted if their is an English version, and the English version is the URL used for the topsite account.

8. All new accounts are subject to our approval. By creating an account, you are agreeing to our topsite terms and conditions.
